The hotel was quiet and clean, with low water pressure. The general manager was not rude and the location was close to stores and restaurants. A value-for-money stay with minor inconveniences.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had some issues like an old worn door, dirty carpets with stains, and paint chipping off walls. On the bright side, the bathroom was clean and the hotel was generally quiet. The service was inconsistent, ranging from unprofessional and negative to polite and courteous. The location was convenient, close to stores and restaurants, but the need for excessive air fresheners was a downside. The dining was simple, and the facilities were sufficient. Overall, a stay with both ups and downs.
Even though the hotel has a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants, the state of the rooms was disappointing with bad odors, dirty carpets, and chipped walls. The service was awful, with rude and disrespectful staff. The dining area was crowded and left much to be desired.
